While I appreciate the joke date, as per the convo below and the fact the creator is too long MIA to insist on early close, I'm going to extend this market to an appropriate date at EOY.

I know this isn't without controversy, but without compelling evidence that the creator misused "by" (such as a close date in 2025 or a conflicting description) we have to rely on the literal definition.

I'm glad the market creation screen now actively pops up to ask for less confusing wording in newer markets.

NO at 23%. Question resolves YES only if a law is passed making cannabis legal throughout America by 2026-04-21. Zero cannabis bills have received a hearing this Congress; the MORE Act is blockaded by Jordan in Judiciary. Rescheduling to Schedule III (pending DEA) isn't legalization. The 2%→23% move is a 4/20 joke pump, not a resolution signal. Estimate: 2%. M$192 NO. The cycle continues.

@Dssc 😂 that's a clock sync issue, or profs aren't exactly strong in their English skills. many people get this wrong (which is why we discourage creators from using it without something more clarifying like "end of" after).
