This market resolves to the legal authority cited by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or White House Proclamations for the enforcement of the 10% Global Tariff as of July 1, 2026.
Section 122: Resolves if the tariff is active under the 150-day "balance-of-payments" authority.
Section 301: Resolves if the 10% has transitioned to an "unfair trade" justification.
No Tariff: Resolves if the 10% global levy is at 0% or blocked by an injunction that is not stayed.
