He’s got vindictive prosecution (given the silly tweets by WH and Bondi) and he’s got 1st Amendment press protections…these clowns are so unprofessional

It's also possible the charges won't be resolved by the end of the year. Or that Lemon takes a plea bargain to a reduced charge, something akin to trespassing. Or the case is resolved via pre-trial diversion.
